Citizens Climate Lobby Partners meet with American Hero - Representative John Lewis, GA, his Chief of Staff Michael Collins and Representative Bob Filner, CA  -- The discussion was the many advantages of a carbon tax and a request that both Members of Congress be champions for a stable and sustainable climate."  CCL Partners include Mark Reynolds, with light hair and glasses, Cameron Coates in a burgundy shirt, and Danny Richter, dark hair with glasses. Danny and Cameron are PhD candidates at Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

The reason for it is because the Earth takes 365 days and 6 hours to make one trip arounbd the sun. After four of those trips the six hours part of the solar year accrues into an extra day, so in order to keep our calendars as accurate as possible we add the extra day to it, and that traditionally occurs in February houston homes for sale.
