National Conference call to occur second Saturday in July 2008

Dear Partners, Our July National Conference Call will be on the second Saturday (July 12th) not the first Saturday. This is to avoid the July 4th weekend, please mark your calendars! For the National Conference Call meeting, the time has been adjusted to be from 9:45AM-12:30PM. The extra time after the completion of the Conference Call will allow partners to practice the laser talks, write letters, and plan events for the remainder of the month. The second "regularly scheduled monthly meeting" (that I have sometimes spoken about, but not been consistent about) has been dropped from the CCL methodology. This meeting will not be regularly scheduled but will consist of meetings with elected officials, the media, Education & Action meetings and planning for E&A meetings.
